Assata Omowale is a Career & Emotional Intelligence Coach who partners with committed career professionals to create and implement roadmaps that lead to the achievement of their ultimate career goals.

She loves working with dynamic professionals in mid-career who seek to amplify their voice and impact in the workplace so that they can transcend roles that they have outgrown with confidence, love and grace.

Assata believes that “employees’ are the real service providers and this shift in perspective is key to managing and changing your career experience and that we can love the work we do.

Assata has supported professionals entering management roles to win roles, represent themselves superbly at interviews , gain clarity on their next level career steps and get noticed.

Assata is a certified Gestalt Coach an Emotional Intelligence Coach. She also has a certificate in Applied Neuroscience Coaching.

Assata holds a MSc. Work & Organisational Psychology from University of Nottingham, UK and is certified through ICF Accredited - Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Golemanei and Neuroscience School.

Outside of the passion of coaching, Assata loves travelling with her family, music, connecting with people and cheering them on.
